Welllll... I don't think this will happen, but he definitely should be forced to go to court.

Seems pretty simple. If you don't like the way he is handling things, don't subscribe to him or watch his stuff.
If you just try to spam his accounts to defame him, you are a sh!tty person, too.

It isn’t defamation if it is true.
It is something a sh!tty person would do, that is true.
Deckers is the parent company of Hoka. What if they found out that their recent sponsored influencer was a counterfeiter?
“According to the footwear designer, the counterfeiting is “likely to cause and has caused confusion, mistake, and deception by and among consumers and is irreparably harming Deckers”
Sounds familiar Zach?

LOL. I relish in justice being served. I cannot weight for the full force of Nike's legal team to come crashing down upon this swine. He deserves every punishment he can get.
Cheaters disgust me.
Any updates?
Can't wait for this weasel to be taken down.
Every single one of you on this thread is desperately in need of a life.

Is the FBI involved yet?
Bump in light of recent deal w/ Hoka

I've drafted an email to Hoka expressing my distaste. We've seen that the courts are corrupt and refuse to attend to obvious election fraud, so they may not go after Zach at all. At the very least we can destroy his public perception.
Zach will go down.
New video up on YouTube. He's going to do daily uploads from now. Can't help to wonder if this is a move to get an extra stream of income and drop the embroided thingy...
Who is Zach Levet?

many Hoka marketing directors are on linkedin. Has someone sent them the link to this thread yet?
Isn't embroidery considering transformational art? I honestly don't see how embroidering a design on a shirt and selling it is any different than selling custom painted Air Force 1's. No one is getting sued by Nike for selling custom sneakers. Is there a difference?

He's in deep do-do if Nike cares. Nike has trademarked the word, the swoosh and "just do it" among others. Zach did not change anything besides the color. This constitutes counterfeiting.

True. The pictures i remember seeing did have a crazy snake design, though. I think that's where the embroidery comes in. An artistic step above straight-up counter fit, but the more sales he gets the more trouble he could get into.
Gooe luck to the kid, entrepreneurial talents like him should be supported. Hopefully he has cost Nike thousands and makes Hoka thousands.
Countless posters criticising him for selling counterfeit goods from Nike, but have no problem paying way over the odds for apparel and shoes that some poor kid in Botswana has spent hours slaving over for 20 cents. Poor Nike less money spend on projects like NOP that have cheated Olympians out of gold medals and endless revenue.
Spare me the crap MURICA
Two wrongs do not make a right.
I've just ordered alphaflys and will be writing to hoka to let them know the only reason I did not buy the superior Carbon X mark 2 was due to their sponsorship on Zach.
I forwarded this thread outlining Zach's transgressions to the Hoka execs.
Zach is going down.
