Then they flip quickly when another runner comes along who threatens to beat Tuohy. Oh no. Nobdy can improve quickly. Nobody can improve afer injury. Those things are only possible if doping. that is if not name Tuohy.

for your information ... it took katelyn almost six months just for her to be able to start training w the team, thats 3 months more than parker valby's recovery, valby had a foot injury in like late january ?? then had surgery in feb .. she was back running in may and dropping prs like crazy

while katelyn didnt immediately run fast like valby, it took katelyn a full year after her surgery to run 15:14 and 4:06
