It's going to be someone who understands they're not putting any money into the distances and has proven they're good working within that.

I’ll echo what someone said previously, Darius Terry of UCSB would be an exceptional option having spent time around him. Extremely organized, knowledgeable, and also an ASU alum. Cheering for you man!
I have heard its going to be the current USC coach, not positive, but would make a lot of sense if they want the 800 model... the next question would be who is in line to take over the USC job?
Colgate full time position will be open in the next couple weeks.
