Another example of the insanity that fuels the Kavanaugh opposition:
https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=11369Notice the emphasis on the word WHITE, What is all this White Bashing? Are the Democrats starting to become Anti-White? I have spoken out against bashing of Blacks (Example American only prize money which happened after kenyans and Ethiopians started winning most road races, there was never a call for American only prize money when De-Castella, Jones, Waitz were winning all the races) but bashing of Whites is equally wrong (Oddly most of the White bashing is by other whites) Why is this happening?
I guess she has no problems with the black senator (Booker) on the panel who has admitted to groping women while approximately Kavanaugh's age at the time (and minimizes it by referring to it as "stealing second"). Quite honestly it is a double standard for the democrats to stand by Booker when Kavanaugh is being accused of nothing more than what Booker has already admitted to doing himself.
More from Russia and sent directly to the honorable Senator Sanders:

Don’t worry, Flaggy, Trump is still your President.
He is, unfortunately. I'm not one to say that he isn't...though I do not speak the word "President" before his name when I talk about him.

Yes it does happen in these cases. I'll find another link later.
I can't wait to hear back from you. Seriously.
Everything I have found shows that Dr. Ford's memory is exactly what you would expect. Every memory expert I have seen who commented about Dr. Ford's case has said this. It's actually a bit surprising to me that there is so much unanimity.
So find me someone who understands human memory that thinks mistaken identity is possible in Dr. Ford's case. I'm waiting...
So find me someone who understands law that thinks the Surfer Psychologist’s testimony and facts of the claim can stand up in court. I’m waiting....

I think over time, she has formed the memory to fit her narrative and her narrative has been influenced by politics and her friends. She did not mention Kavanaugh by name anywhere recorded until July 2018. She admits that she does not remember things as well as she would like. She testified herself that "Brett did not rape me". She states that it interfered with her academics early in college, but doesn't mention how her academics were just fine her junior and senior year of high school and later when she went on to get her doctorate (obviously she is over stating the impact this had on her life in order to appear more sympathetic). Everyone is saying she is credible only to appear sympathetic towards women for the next election, that is why she was treated with kid gloves by the senate committee and the prosecutor and why the democrats held back the information when it could have been handled behind closed doors. I hope that the FBI interrogates her properly to get further inconsistencies that were not in the rehearsed statement.
You sound like quite the legal, psychological, and political expert! What are your degrees?
And what's your 5K PR, and best in the past 3 years?

Who is in court?
I wonder what Judge Kavanaugh would make of the testimony of sworn witness Kavanaugh?

You appear to have a reading comprehension problem.

Yes I can’t comprehend how your reading is so willing to ignore all of the facts in this case.

To be a good judge and a good umpire, it’s important to have the proper demeanor. Really important, I think. To walk in the others’ shoes, whether it be the other litigants, the litigants in the case, the other judges. To understand them. To keep our emotions in check. To be calm amidst the storm. On the bench, to put it in the vernacular, don’t be a jerk. I think that’s important. To be a good umpire and a good judge, don’t be a jerk. In your opinions, to demonstrate civility. I think that’s important as well. To show, to help display, that you are trying to make the decision impartially and dispassionately based on the law and not based on your emotions. That we’re not the bigger than the game….There’s a danger of arrogance, as for umpires and referees, but also for judges. And I would say that danger grows the more time you’re on the bench. As one of my colleagues puts it, you become more like yourself—and that can be a problem.
Crazy blasey is now taking another flight to a vacation spot as compensation from the dnc.
This thread is now just comedy... actually it always was, I suppose.
1) No one will ever know if BK did or didn't do what he is accused of by Ford or anyone else.
2) It's clear that both the Republicans and the Democrats have manipulated or attempted to manipulate as much of this process as they both possibly can.
3) The final thing which is absolutely clear is that BK has shown that he should not be a supreme court judge.
Trump should just pick his next in line. I have no idea why Trump and the Republicans are willing to fight for this guy. The Democrats didn't want Gorsuch either but he had no issues getting voted in. BK clearly shouldn't be on the court.
Drop him and move on. The Republicans will hold on to the majority in the Senate and may even gain seats...especially if Trump drops BK. That will be a great way to get his base to come out and vote in the mid-terms.... I'm amazed he doesn't see it that way.
We are in hyper-partisan times. And there is a lot of noise.
Thing is it’s not just about she said he said from 36 years ago. Unless Mark Judge fesses up the truth to that will always be cloudy and in question. However, there are other allegations and those are being investigated. Suspect neither side is going to be satisfied and both will try to blow apart the opposing theories and testimony.
The drinking is connected because of, well a lot of reasons. Drinking a ton in college and blacking out does not discredit one from a higher office. But lying about it in front of the senate and American people while under consideration for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court?
Well if he’s going to lie about that what else could he be lying about?
At the end of the week it’s going to come down to those 3 or 4 senators. And we will go from there.
Lied under oath -- on to the next guy
