Mueller himself notes that the Trump campaign was so clueless about what Wikileaks was up to that they were trying to glean info from the likes of Roger Stone. Pretty much torpedoes the narrative that anyone in the Trump campaign was colluding with Russia, or even that they had any clue what the Russians had provided to Wikileaks.

No indictments of Russians who had anything to do with Trump.

Originally, the Russian Collusion idea was that the Trump campaign instructed, or gave the green light, through the some back-channel communication, to the Russian government, to hack the DNC email servers. At this point that idea is seeming as unlikely as ever. You would think that after 2+ years of investigation, we would have been some indictment related to it already, or some rumor leaked of it, or someone at least claiming to know about such communication between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. Nope. Nothing.

So now the idea is that the Trump campaign had some indirect link to someone who knew something more about the Wikileaks emails than the public knew (Nevermind the fact that this wouldn't be a crime if it turned out to be true). By indirect I mean Trump kinda knows Roger Stone, who might've talked to some radio host named Randy Credico, who supposedly has some contact with Julian Assange, who supposedly got DNC emails from the Russian government. No evidence to support this idea, either.

About Roger Stone. If you know anything about him, you know that he's completely full of it. He's always on InfoWars claiming that some "secret source" gave him some "inside information" about something about to happen, that never happens.

Pot meet kettle. I can't help stupid. Even Pompeo, Trump's lap boy, has said that Wikileaks is a front for the GRU. I come and go on this thread, but as I've said a number of times, there are plenty of conservative sources reporting about Trump and Russia, but you're too dumb to read them.

There is nothing "perfectly normal" about working with Russia to influence an American election. If this had been Obama, impeachment (or some Republicans would have preferred a lynching) would have already happened.

If nothing improper was happening:

1. Why fire Comey?

2. Why the initial lie about the Trump Tower meeting?

3. Why suck up to Putin on national television basically taking his word over your intel agencies?

4. Why lie about the Moscow building deal you were working on?

5. Why has your campaign had I believe it’s 100+ contacts with Russian agents? Why has 6 people involved with your campaign or administration been indicted or pled guilty?

6. Why have you had so many people quit or get fired?

One of the problems with the current USA prosecution system, is that a charge of "lying to officials" simply means they don't believe you, and (maybe) can have someone attest differently. There's no actual underlying veracity about it in the end.

And there's no penalty for prosecutors who (continually) get such stuff wrong.
