Yes.There was a link to a Reddit page with at least one eyewitness describing what they saw. Mo's family was late for boarding and were politely asked to wait. Rather than wait his wife flipped out and made a scene.

And how many of those viewers can recognize a scrawny runner like Galen Rupp in airport queues?
Nobody cares about PROFESSIONAL distance running. Many people ran a half marathon for fun, or a 10k turkey trot, but the majority of them doesn't know the names of the people who made the podium in those races.
They flew Delta. Pretty much everyone gets berated by the staff on Delta these days.

On August 28, 2016, there was a thread about Tania Farah's incident at the airport. After a few days, we deleted the thread which had close to 100 posts on it as we figured it was no longer newsworthy and Tania isn't an elite runner.
However, in recent days as the incident was picked up in the British press, there have been 4 new threads started about it. Since it's once again newsworthy, we have restored the initial thread but have combined all of the threads into 1 as we don't want the multiple threads on the same topic.
Please be polite and do not talk about people's appearance or disparage their religion.
