    I wouldn't call myself a champion. Sub 2 Is VERY respectable however, and I've run sub 2 8 times, probably more than anyone else here.

    You are trying too hard.

    Anyway I broke 2 over 10 times at 16 and younger, so you better be in Grade 10 or less.

    800 - 0

    Mile - 5 or 6

    5K - 20

    10K - 40 or 50

    Half M - 12 or so

    Marathon - 3 incl masters
