5) "Guess what else" should be followed by a question mark, and not an exclamation point.

6.) Ethiopia is not capitalized again.

7.) Note that "highschool" is two words.

8.) US Grant should be capitalized.

Hello, Ghost. That's awesome that you know about Manke. I've run into one of his brothers at a high school reunion a time or two. I forgot to ask him if Perkins even had a track when Manke was there.

They have a nice track now, but I'm not sure about then.

And I'm all ears for any Larry Rose stories you or anyone else might have. He graduated from Grant the same year as my friend's mother. She told us some things about his high school days, but we don't know much about his college years. Any funny stories or amazing training/racing tales?

Kevin Schwab ran 405 while still attending high school at mustang. It was just in a time trial, so he technically holds the all time record. It's unfortunate that the state meet was 112 degrees back in 2007, Kevin could have broke 4.

He did run 13:36 at indoor nattys 2011 for 5000m

His 1500 time equates to a 359 mile.

So he's basically a sub4 miler.

Jed ran 4:12 last season. It’s certainly not out of the realm of possibility. Zac Black set it at 4:09.74 in 2016.

Running 4:20 at OU (like he did) is no joke, that’s a flat 200m track and is frankly hard as sh*t to run fast on.

Okay I should've looked up his times before assuming he didn't have a chance.

I had no idea that he had ran at the festival of miles last year, and that time is QUICK

dude will probably do it if he finds a fast enough race.
