Yeah, but Webb probably did this off little to no training. With some more training he will make huge improvements. Prediction: He will finish ahead of Centro in the trials of the 1500.
if what is said is true what kind of mileage could he even average since October? 20 per week? he can't be but 2-3 months into regular training.

On this forum you never if the posted time is real or just somebody trolling. If he did run 1:55 that is not good at all, but it may not be true.

I was gonna join in the trolling but dude this race was like 2 months ago. He went 1:55 but got beat by a d3 collegedude.
Wasn't that the race Big Foot was in. The hairy 400lb beast ran 1:45. It is a shame those farmers want him dead for eating their sheep, but if he(bigfoot) agrees to concentrate on running maybe the USATF can save his life.
Besides bigfoot is an endangered species.
If bigfoot can run down prey like a deer, he is certainly capable of running 1:40 for the 800. I mean a deer can hit 30+mph!!
I hope Webb can at least run 1:46 this spring. In the summer he is going to face the best crop of US milers in a quarter century. In the trials final 1:55 could be the split for the first half mile of the 1500!
