When I competed in college 5 years ago, we went to D2 nationals for xc. I was there as an alternate. When I was watching the race about 6 KM into the race I heard one of the coaches yell to his runner, "that's right you got it, SHAKE AND BAKE BABY, SHAKE AND BAKE!!! really loud. I was like really? Now we're qouting talladega nights at XC meets?
What makes "Kill Yourself" so good, is that a parent can say it when their kid is in first place or in last.
