thanks for the training renato. I know it was a lot of typing but could you explain the work shaheen did during the general period, and did he use a doubble periodized year (peaking for World XC and world indoor?)

Thank you for supplying the training of Saif Saaeed Shaheen! I sent an email to you just now, please read it. Everybody who wants the training files today, I had to send a huge email earlier today, and my bandwidth is used up for one of my accounts for email. Will somebody who has all three zip files please email them to everybody on this list that I haven't sent them to you? I mailed the 3 zip files to about 20 people, somebody please send them out.

I am enjoying Saif Saaeed Shaheen's training a lot! Thank!

On another note, I emailed Renato Canova and told him I was thinking about making a training website about him and his athletes. He approves the idea! I'm excited(interested). What is your thought?
