Alberto Garcia ran 7:32.98i in 2003 for the ER.

Big improvements NEVER signal drug use. EVERY great athlete made big improvements to get there.
When will LetsRun realize that drug users have, by and large, the same progressions and the same types of peak performances as every other clean athlete at their level. They just used drugs to get there.
The old LetsRun trick (which we learned from SprintGeezer) - accuse EVERYONE of cheating, and then pat ourselves on the back when we guess one right.
