It is an odd look since a lot of the female sprinters seem to be noticably leaner than in years past. Tiny Allyson Felix comes to mind.

You're absolutely right! The sport needs all kids of athletes- anything that will draw publicity. Non-track fans talked about Bolt's celebrating at the Olympics and LOVED it.
