Yes, German ran with great brioche last year, but in 2010 he will be a rye old veteran, and should be pumpernickeled up for a great performance. Challah at your boy!

I just realized that I may well have made a post back in March, during this thread's original run, that had a brio/brioche gag. That's kind of embarrassing, but that last one was really just a vehicle for "challah at your boy."
as a periodic pontificator of puns, i must say this thread really delivers the goods.
i do also feel the need, however, to establish fall of 2001 as the earliest known challah/holla reference, retroactive copyright claim and attribution to yours truly.
