Absolutely agree. I'll always root for an athlete from the US of course, but the top 5 or 6 look impenetrable with Chebet, Ngetich, Tsegay, Kipyegon, Eisa, and even Battocletti.

She was never a star of any kind in high school unless you call qualifying for a state meet stardom or being the best in your school. Same with college and same with Reebok and OAC. Never a
factor. Suddenly pushing 30 she’s on National podium. Sorry if that doesn’t scream sus to you like to most of us.
