Four Burrito Track Club runners in heat 2
Lol. Went to commercial during the race defining move. At least we get to watch it split screen.
what, no Jimmie Johnson Carvana commercials?
and while the commercial plays, Abby Cooper makes her break . . .
Does Abby have the Olympic standard?
The only time I've ever seen Cooper run was in that Olympic race where she fell and got hurt so I don't know what she looked like healthy. She has a powerful running motion and stride. I like her.

Not yet, but maybe in about 4 minutes
That's Dags right?
I assume not based on the live results and how hard she is grinding right now

Respect the move made although this heat is just the appetizer for the main course coming up

Jenny Simpson 2nd heat of the 5000? currently not a scratch....
Simpson, Purrier St. Pierre, Lancaster, all qualifiers in the 1500M, are now showing as scratches.
Maybe they could double if they only had to run 2 rounds of the 1500m and the final of the 5,000m. This is stupid to get rid of 4 people in the 5,000.
Burrito Cooper is going for it big time.
Was a fan back in her Dartmouth days but she's been pretty quiet the last few years. Nice to see this, hopefully she can close well.
Why did it take Goucher so long to figure out Abbey is going after the Olympic standard...

Not according to web results, so makes sense why she's separating majorly now, 13 second lead at 3800
She's gonna run 14:35
Are the BTC athletes wearing a black shaped patch in the shape of a burrito on their singlets?

Lewis Johnson is actually doing a good job interviewing the athletes, asking them insightful questions rather than the standard "how do you feel" blather . . .
Really? I think he's pretty awkward, making athletes explain their canned answers while out of breath. It's almost interrogative.
