Look at the Tour de France. Power outputs haven't gone down since Lance's time. Do you think they must still be blood boosting?
These beliefs about blood values are very naive. V02max is V02max. It is limited genetically, homeostatically, thermodynamically. There are other sources of power that your body produces that most of you dont know about. The general ignorance of basic physiology is staggering.
