We got his heart rate data, dude was working hard.
Goodge was working hard posing for photos for his sponsors. All you got is confirmation bias, you don't even know what how to download data from Strava
We don't need to learn how to download data from Strava anymore, as per your desperate mission of deflection. Your two year babbling brook of b/s on that front is null and void. WG has 100% changed his tune and says his data is perfect. The reason he runs 6.20ks across continents off an HR of 100 to break world records by 13% is because "he's really fit and running really slowly."
You can blame the data all you like Sneakers, but the fact is that as WG's number 1 supporter, you are in complete and total disagreement with the man himself as to why his data looks physiologically impossible and unlike any other athlete's in history [except for RB's of course].

Is he really shy or something then?
His heart rate sticks at about 100 running across Australia, but he gets up to 150-160 posing for photos? Bit strange that.
There are whole corners of the internet where people share photos of their feet and make a decent living - or so I’m told. So why a group of runners celebrating across Iceland offends you is hard to grasp. Calling a clear relay “misdirection” feels lazy at best. Almost every piece of media will show one runner tagging in another runner.
Your dismissal of a sub-30 10K runner—who openly said the relay format and lack of sleep were his toughest challenge - as “not impressive” just shows how blind to context you’ve become. Ever heard of RPE? Every taken place in a similar format? Ever started a footface, individual or relay at 10:30PM?
I’m almost certain this fixation on WG, and anything he leads or touches, isn’t making your life better. In fact, probably the opposite. You’re a professional, a father. There’s far more fulfilling ground to put your energy into—the world’s bigger than this.

You have Cockerell just giving up and saying, "We don't need to learn how to download data from Strava anymore" because it's too difficult for him to learn. And yet you say you have the data? Or are you just naively using the garbage Strava graphs that I've repeatedly shown are inaccurate? Either you or Cockerell are lying to me, maybe both
Goodge's latest YouTube video is puzzling. How can this clown afford to live such an ostentatious jet setting lifestyle? These hotels he's staying in have to run $1000/night. And the guy isn't even running much or at all. It's like he just wants the image of being this ultra endurance runner without any of the work it requires. Truly one of the strongest creatures in running

Either gifted, or one must realise that he is a very wealthy man of late, maybe not long term, but he will have earned somewhat enough coin to keep him going for a while.
Brand deals with Vouri for example will be for a shilling.

I'm convinced hes scamming his way thru life. idk how he's doing it but its working for now.

Net closing in big time. He simply can't keep it going. The reaction to his extraordinarily incompetent marathon shows just how unamused people are. It's a big case of rinsing out all equity he can from the situation. I have heard quite a bit of debt getting run up on spa hotels he influences for back in the UK.
This sort of thing is creeping into all corners of the sport now. This from the Daily mail the other day. It's such an easy ruse: miss the cut-offs, miss a vast swathe of the course on the bike, but the organizers inexplicably let you do the run anyway, and then you crow from the rooftops how hard it all was and that you got your medal:
And elsewhere, a moderately famous influencer called Tommy Riddle [thenaturallifestylist] is going for the 1000 mile word record at Crystal Palace, just like Nedd did, but it's all but impossible to track him in any way. Just hundreds of vids of him babbling nonsense to the camera. The only people who seem remotely interested in how he's actually doing are his charming children, who note his landmarks, like 300k.
It's all smoke and mirrors, and Tommy admits they were made homeless last year, so this is very much his job: make himself out to be a world beater. There's a huge fantasy image on his Insta of him on the track in a packed stadium beating the World record, and has done major media with radio. All the talk is when can people come down on day 10 to run with him to beat Kouros.
Oh, and to make it a little tougher, he is doing it barefoot.
Fury ran his first triathlon along the French Riviera last weekend and took to social media to declare he had 'left it all' there, having had just 10 days of training.

That's because Goodge saves tons of money living rent free in your heads all these years
I followed the run across the US (and the corresponding thread) but didn’t even know about this one until today. Is the basic summary that he just did the same bogus again?

yes, but much worse: smashed the world record by 13% and over a thousand ks of about 6:10 off a pulse of a 100. Completely unseen and unprecedented in history, and the gymbros and fanboys just lap it up and call him the goat. He also lies disgustingly to the media and says the reason his pulse is so low is that he is moving really slowly. But 6 min Ks across the Nullarbor are not slow in the least.
But he has nowhere to turn now and inexplicably refuses to file the run with FKT. The community will forever request that he does a really good run that is sanctionned. Yes, the odd trucker saw him running, but we don't care about that, we care about when he wasn't running.
He was also about to drop out of Moab a year ago with the cut offs encroaching and he suddenly blasted an incredible 15 hour stretch in the middle of nowhere with a car and his buddies, by far the quickest in the race, off a crashed pulse, and we're asked to buy that too. Again, it's a type of running never before seen in the history for the sport.
A pretty insane comparison is going on in Texas right now with Matt Johnson, another dbag influencer but credit where credit is due he appears to be "running" across Texas honestly.
He is not running. In fact, he was crippled almost immediately by the undertaking which should absolutely be expected. He's walking across Texas but he's really doing it and not faking it.
Is this crew chief Rob Sembiante not the same guy who supported Goodge in his transcon? I don't understand how this guy could have so little integrity to stand by a fraud like Goodge perpetrated while being an ultra runner himself. Maybe I just have too much faith in humans.

Hi, no, Sembiante is a pretty straight arrow. Does not understand the sport and was Paul Johnson's chief and never seemed to have the first clue how daft 75 miles a day for 40 days was [they bailed at the end of day 3]. But Rob is a nice chap, and answers questions and interacts with the community normally. The Transcon crew chief was Robbie Balenger who does not interact, just blocks and abuses. Told me the only reason I cared about Goodge wiping out the legacy of Bruce Tulloh was because I have "a hard on for a dead man." This is how little these people care about running's history.
The crew chief for TransAus [the runphilosopher] also refused to engage in any way, only to say we has a lot of stupid effing questions.
Matt Johnson seems clean, but 800 miles in 17 days is pretty hopeless, but it's all dressed up as a world record with all the hoopla. Of course whenever a runfluencer tries something they always have some sort of breakdown - except Goodge when he's unobserved, then he's world class and perfect. But when sanctionned Goodge has always been the worst runner of the lot. 3:39 at Sydney recently!
Yes, but he’s not an elite runner… What’s his marathon pb? At best 2.50…
2.57, but he claims a solo 2.50 with no HR, in a very crowded Battersea Park, with dogs, kids, bikes, a steep camber and about 60 narrow gates. Total trash talking garbage and at the root of all problems.
