Looks like they want a distance coach who has experience in the Ivy. Jason Vigilante? Brad Hunt? Alex Gibby? Juli Henner? Who else? Anyone outside the Ivy that might be a good fit even though they don't have the experience? What about Ryan Cole at Air Force? These aren't actual predictions, I'm just throwing names out there that seem to fit the profile of what they're looking for.

The job description could also be setting up the Dartmouth Women's XC coach Courtney Jaworski to take over both programs. He not only has the obvious Ivy and distance coaching experience, but he was an All-American and multi-time Heps champ at Penn.
I think it's funny all of you that just seem to know what Dartmouth will do. Was told the new director would be hired and be able to hire another assistant. Tim, one of the current assistants, would be just as much if not more qualified than the head women's xc coach.

Okay but did anyone say they know what they're going to do? They literally just took aspects of the job description (which says they prefer a distance coach, btw) and threw some names out there. Go off, though.

Given the close connection with the Nordic skiing program at Michigan Tech, I think that is kind of an important criteria, having experience in that sport as well.
Has anyone heard anything on Lipscomb? Or San Diego State? Did they back out of hiring or is the process just taking forever?

Although it does seem crazy she's the Head Coach.
San Diego is interviewing candidates. No idea about Lipscomb. Also, does anyone has any REAL info about UCF? There is no post yet.
