50-65 miles but a training load/CTL of 30? Even just running incredibly easy every day it would be higher than that. There comes a point where your load is just your week/7 roughly. So that's like 30 TSS a day. That's like a 35-40 min pretty easy jog. Even 7 times a week it's almost impossible at that to get to 4 hours, let alone 50 miles or even remotely near 65 miles?
