The Problem Is Bad Parenting, Not Bad Policing.
75% of Black children grow up without a father..........
Children who grow up without a father are:
- 5 times more likely to live in poverty
- 9 times more likely to drop out of school
- 20 times more likely to end up in prison

So Floyd's death can be blamed on his parents, not Chauvin?
Your parents failed you.
Armstronglivs thread got deleted as i was posting. i know he lurks here, so totally off topic but he will understand;
when you are at the north pole, all directions are south.
It has also been the habit since time immemorial for all marxist nutters to describe anyone they disagree with as a capitalist lackey or fake lefty. ie 'right wing'
Personally i think the terms left and right have lost their meaning and i prefer not to use them. I also believe 'liberal' has lost its meaning.
And of course the words 'democratic' and republican' are completely neutral political terms for elements of political systems, not individual grass roots policy.
to be honest i distrust any party that has words such as 'liberal', 'socialist', 'democratic', republican', 'peoples (lol), etc in their title.
I would probably like to describe myself as liberal if i must, but as i say, that word has been so abused it is completely misunderstood. Or at least misrepresented, from my viewpoint.
Prosecution summary seems very effective with well presented slides, bullet points and photos.
Nelson takes the stand

Chauvin must be feeling like he has a knee on his neck.

He certainly won't be taking the knee.
you keep catching that one. Its impact is diminishing.
Nelson is doing what he looked like he was doing - creating an alternative narrative, but no exra facts and no massive sustained attempt to discredit the prosecution narrative.
I think he has misjudged law vs reality.
oooh, big point.
At the time that GF is taking his last breath, as provided by the prossies, the crowd move in and DC draws his mace.
That's big.

Nelson just took a big dump on Tobins testimony
Got my eye on some size 10 Next% 2 and Alphaflys at the local Nike store pending a not guilty verdict. I'm thinking Thursday night about 11pm, Central time.
Whether chauvin is guilty or not, for the good of the country he needs to be found guilty. It will not be good if he is found not guilty!

Absolutely not. It will NOT be good for the country. What is this, Roland Freisler and the People's Court? Regardless of the riots and destruction, it can all be rebuilt. Look at LA in 1992. New Orleans was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and was rebuilt. The WTC was rebuilt after 9/11. But once you begin to find people guilty for no reason other than "for the greater good of preventing violence and destruction" you have essentially decapitated Lady Justice.
What we need is the correct verdict. If guilty, find him guilty; if not, find him not guilty. But the jury cannot make a determination of guilt or innocence based upon the risk of violence. I wish they would have sequestered this jury and moved the trial out of Minneapolis for the jury's safety but it is too late now.

People will most definitely use this troll post’s attitude as an excuse when he is rightly found guilty. They will cry that the jury had no choice and that facts argued otherwise.

good point about this ridiculous reply (other than the assumption of guilt etc on which i am neutral).
many deranged people.

The hilarious thing is that Maxine Waters may have handed the defense that case after her little stunt where she and the rioters threatened the jury.
