Who's going to be the first one to tell him that a PB on a point to point net downhill course doesn't count, especially with a tailwind? 😀
Nah well done to Eric. I'm impressed.
Well he just went sub 2:30 so you could've saved yourself some typing

Sadly even if floberg is over 230 today, his video recap will be just as insufferable and he’ll gloat at the PR to an insufferable degree. Why do people actually like this guy? He’s like a fake family man and makes everything so dramatic. Is society really this shallow and easily entertained that a mediocre runner who is mentally deranged and full of himself can make them feel inspired and motivated to give him $1000 for fake coaching? If floberg breaks 230 today he will never live it down at all of our expense. Hope he pivots soon, as he won’t go low 220s ever. Even he can’t be that delusional to think he can. Maybe his money well will dry up soon and he’ll go back to wedding photography. We can only pray

Clearly the lower mileage worked. Will he learn from this? Nope, 100 miles a week all summer here we come
Sage on pace to run 2:37 in overalls (great trolling of the jean dude there Sage!). Meaghan Murray from Believe in the Run on pace for a 2:51. Seems as if the influencers collective hot air turned into a nice breeze that pushed everyone along!

This is facts. But he won’t acknowledge it in his video at all. I guarantee it. Still fair play to him, he ran the time goal finally. Granted literally perfect conditions to give him a chance and he barely got it. But he will be gloating that’s for sure. I’m sure he’ll run sub 2:30 at Berlin later this year, but wonder how much faster he can really go
LETS GO!
Glorious to see floberg under 2:30
The haters go home devastated!
The people that sit on this message board and root for his failure should be very embarrassed right now!
We are going to see levels of cope never seen before on this website lol
And he’s done it. He was indeed so freaking fit. He was absolutely about it.
Making the most corest of memories.
Today belongs to Sir Eric of Floberg.
Even his most ardent critics can’t deny or avoid it now.
A wonderful training block capped off with a world class performance. Sub 2:30 on one of the world’s toughest marathon courses, on a stifling hot day with the sun blazing down. The weight of the world on his shoulders but he delivered. He absolutely delivered!
Such a perfectly paced race. I think that justifies his training and shows that yes, he makes a brilliant coach. One of the best in the country.
Well done Eric, from all of us here - we are so immensely proud of you. Sub 2:20 within 2 years fella.
Congrats. Soak it up today and celebrate. Spend some time with your family who you have done proud. Then go again. You’ve been brilliant.
2.25:59 at Berlin. Its destined to be!
On a side note. Aubrey DNS! Took a free place, fully paid trip. Did not start the race!
My hero did it, take that haters

Being the creative genius that he is, he will set his sights much higher with a new series O:TQ. I very much look forward to a summer filled with countless moments spent in trees and missing baseball games.

Floberg 2028
Make America Run Again
It took ideal conditions but Floberg did it. Props to him. He gutted it out and deserves to celebrate. I am curious what Berlin's goal will be. He'll probably go to 110 a week and shoot for a 2:25. But I'm just curious what's next and what he thinks his ceiling is. I think he's close but he surprised me.
People here might not like this but got to point it out… a 2:29 at Boston is probably equivalent to a 2:22 at London… making Floberg officially a better marathon runner than even SIRPOC. I’m a huge fan of NSM and Sirp but credit where credits due.
For all those suggesting Floberg start NSM and ask for coaching from SirPoc the other day? Well I hate to break it you but it actually might be James and the modifying Norwegian method crowd who need to be signing up to Mr Flo’s coaching services and embark on some good old FSM !!!
Now who is gonna start the FSM thread on let’s run?

I really don’t see the point of him as an influencer or why TRC picked him up. All weekend they’ve been posting stories giving advice and talks and their newest presenter doesn’t even start to run 4:XX?
He might not shill as much as as Goddard but he’s just a fake positivity influencer rather than anything to do with running.
