I honestly don't care. It should be good for my investments. I also want low tax - a lot of my net worth comes from crypto gains that I had to sell at high short-term capital gains tax rates (then invested into 'traditional' securities). I don't want to have to pay tax on crypto gains.

I also want even more done about DEI / affirmative action - I feel bored and unfulfilled and will probably be applying to MBA programs in the next year or 2. I spoke with a consultant and was basically told that my demographics work against me a ton - if I fulfilled multiple DEI quotas I'd get in anywhere and if filled just 1 I'd have a very good shot. But with my demographics lower M7 is what I should target

The verb "rend" means to tear or break something violently into pieces. It can also be used figuratively, such as when a community is "rent asunder" by a scandal.
