Giving a toddler 7 ice creams, because it asked for them is not helping a toddler.
Most of the time people don't know what's good for them and simply trust their government and media.
The only thing we can be sure about is that people want to live better. And every political choice should be based on asking this question: "will this make lives of people better or worse?".
Good thing we’re not talking about a toddler asking for seven ice creams, but the government of a sovereign nation asking for weapons so that it can defend itself from a Russian army invasion. I’m going to take their word for what support they need over yours.
- Giving Ukraine exactly what it asks for = not helping Ukraine.
- Doing the thing that average Americans say they want done = not helping average Americans.

This would make more sense if it weren't for the implication that being forced at gunpoint to align with a rotting kleptocracy was good for average Ukrainian.
"No ice cream for you little Carmine until you finish your moldy hamburger!"
He resigned for reporting something he had heard unofficially that later turned out to be false. Didn’t your little pro-Russian conspiracy theory website tell you that part? Or did you fall for more propaganda?
so THAT explains why Ukrainian civilians in the Donbas were liberated from Ukrainian state-sponsored, Neo-Nazi terrorism
By “liberated” you mean killed by Russian state-sponsored, Neo-Nazi terrorism?
That evidence part about which Neo-Nazis started killing Ukraine civilians. Ouch.
You are up to Own Goal #20 or higher? Lost count. We don't even have to dunk on you anymore. You dunk on yourself.

I didn't know it was possible to dunk on yourself, but you somehow managed to.
Looks like your June 13th, 2014 date was preceded by Russian Nazis invading Crimea and killing Ukrainian civilians on Feb. 27, 2014.
On 27 February, Russian troops[43] captured strategic sites across Crimea,[44][45] followed by the installation of the pro-Russian Aksyonov government in Crimea, the Crimean status referendum and the declaration of Crimea's independence on 16 March 2014.[46][47] Although Russia initially claimed their military was not involved in the events,[48] Putin later admitted that troops were deployed to "stand behind Crimea's self-defence forces".[49] Russia formally incorporated Crimea on 18 March 2014.[50][49] Following the annexation,[51] Russia escalated its military presence on the peninsula and made threats to solidify the new status quo on the ground.[52]
And, in Donbas... pro-Russian and Russian sponsored Nazi terrorists STARTED killing civilians.
7 April 2014: At 3:30 am, a group of pro-Russian activists stormed the SBU offices in Donetsk and Luhansk.[1] They did not make any clear demands.[2] The militants took control of the SBU armoury and armed themselves with automatic weapons, and other supporters brought bricks and other debris to erect barricades. Their numbers were initially at 1,000 but subsequently thinned.[3] In an address on the Ukrainian national television channel, interim President Oleksandr Turchynovstated that the current unrest in eastern Ukraine was "the second wave" of a Russian operation to destabilise Ukraine, overthrow the government and disrupt planned elections and an attempt by Russia to "dismember" Ukraine.[1] He also vowed to launch a major "counter-terrorism" operation against separatist movements in the country's eastern regions.[4]
12 April, 2014: Fifty two armed militants led by Igor Girkin (retired colonel of Russia's intelligence FSB) attacked the executive committee building, the police department, and the Security Service of Ukraineoffices in Sloviansk.[9][10] His militia was formed in Crimea and consisted of volunteers from Russia, Crimea, but also from other regions of Ukraine (Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv) and many people from Donetsk and the Luhansk region. Two thirds were Ukrainian citizens.[citation needed] The majority of men in the unit had combat experience. Many of those with Ukrainian citizenship had fought in the Russian Armed Forces in Chechnya and Central Asia. Others fought in Iraq and the former Yugoslavia with the Ukrainian Armed Forces.[9][11][12] The original intention of Igor Girkin and his men was the repetition of the Crimean scenario (the seizure of the territory by Russian army). According to Girkin, nobody fought for the Donetsk People's Republic or the Luhansk People's Republic, everybody initially wanted to join Russia. Girkin flew Russian flag at his headquarters and his men were perceived as Russian forces by the local population. Girkin believed that the Russian Armed Forces and the Russian state would quickly follow and the Donbas would become another republic within Russia.[10] In Kramatorsk, in the course of a Pro-Russian rally, protestors overpowered a police line and took over the building of the local executive committee, where they hoisted the flag of the new-proclaimed republic.[13] At evening, the local police station was captured by armed men in camouflage fatigues after a protracted firefight.[14][15]
In February and March 2014, Russia invaded and subsequently annexed the Crimean Peninsula from Ukraine. This event took place in the aftermath of the Revolution of Dignity and is part of the wider Russo-Ukrainian War. The eve...

These are the people you support, while lying about supporting the people of Ukraine. You’re so depraved that you don’t even make it onto the moral continuum.
don't kill civilians with neo-nazis or you get liberated
Again, it’s not really clear what you’re trying to say. But, since Russia has more neo-Nazis than any country on earth AND has killed thousands of civilians in Ukraine, I think you’re saying that all of Ukraine should be liberated by killing every last Russian invader.

Pro-Russian militias weren't the problem, they were the response to the problem.

All evidence suggests Russia and pro-Russian militias were the problem. Your willful ignorance of such basic facts is really astounding to observe. Cue whataboutism and strawman arguments from ceccione in 3… 2… 1…
