Are you guys really falling for this? Rono's supposedly running at least 2 hours a day, just about every day, along with a bit of cross-training, and has lost a grand total of 2 pounds in the last month since the Cincinnati race. That's not to mention his training load over the last six months that has yielded a total weight loss of 20-25 pounds, and yet still hasn't gotten him injured. Man oh man.
