Of course I agree what you say you can't coach stubborn athletes that don't listen and don't follow what you give them .That kind of rare coach/ runner relations ends quickly of course.🧙♂️
I think he is talking about you right?
Being the stubborn one that doesn’t listen?
To use the words of "Herbert"
He's like the man who doesn’t see the problem, because you know.. he is the problem.
My Saucony Endorphin shoes are on their end after almost 3 years . Have been great training shoes I think. Now I wanted to test Chinese 'supershoes' and got my ordered pair today. What a feeling! So smooth and light and like gloves on my feet. Great cushoning. I guess the quality is not the best but they are so cheap so no problem to order new when they are finished. 🧙♂️

Today beautiful weather with sun up and around 17 C° and I ran a very easy 60 min at 6:28 min average km pace . This is the slowest I can run now and really call it a run. Tomorrow a faster threshold interval again at the gym. 🧙♂️
You finally figured out your easy pace wasn't easy at all. Good, you learned something from the NSM thread!!

You're pretty delusional, sir. 49.5 for 20 x 200. That puts you in sub-24 5000 shape if everything goes perfrctly.
Wow, that's one minute progression in about 5,5 months. Mad-jic
Just like in post #5, and often later, one can apparently say that he is 'delusional'.
However, I had a post deleted two days ago, for saying that he is unlikely to have run 14:xx nor a coach, based on the fact that as a sometime 15:21 5km myself, and three years older, at a base of fitness I am able to run an easy 5km under 5min/km any time I wish. Even after a period where I had a back injury (herniated disk), microdiscectomy, recovery...my first 5km was under 25min.
My simple request was that, especially, after more than 5 months, he still hasn't posted a timed run over 5km, the easiest thing to do in order to gauge level of fitness. Over 1200 posts of back and forth over threshold, speed, steady training etc, when a person of that 'pedigree' (once) should be able to run sub 25 (at the least) at any time.
ps...this is not verbatim an exact copy of deleted post, but the same gist. Reasons given (now removed) was that I attacked/harrassed. All I am doing is asking for proof of pedigree and/or current shape. No descriptions like 'delusional'.
Delaying his “race” several times, so people will follow his training ( only for advertisement purpose) a bit longer.
He was granted this thread, because he was spamming the board with links to his coaching services.
Contradict himself a lot, and brushes off things by ignoring the comments that questioning his training (method)
I was more impressed last Parkrun by a 74 year old man who run it in 21 minutes and some seconds. Awesome and real, not just a posted workout by our magic coach what has to believed to be true
