Actually giving my name to the ADA does not mean that it becomes part of any record and the difference Rossi is that The ADA is not an insecure, immature, nutjob that will threaten and stalk me or others who have submitted publicly available information.

The jmowpvi twitter name used to to message Cecily was short for Jim O'Brien, a beloved weatherman prior to Cecily's arrival in Philadelphia at WPVI, hence the jmo-wpvi name. The tweet from jmowpvi then and the Jimmy O'Obrien message here now are one and the same, Mike A. Rossi, of Rydal, PA. The same one who will be adjudicated in the Philadelphia Criminal Municipal Court on Monday, September 18, 2017. This is not the first time he has been here and it certainly will not be the last.
