Most of my life I did hard physical work and lifted weights, with only a little running. So I tend to be more muscular. At age 56 I got serious about running and ran some of my best races including a 3:17 marathon at age 62. Height 5 foot 7. Weight 145. I once had someone come up to me after a race and asked how much I weighed.
