Lanc - solid race, I'm glad I got to witness it, I saw that picture before you posted it and thought it was perfect. We are planning on DE XC race again, I believe we had 5 or so club members there last year, is always a fun one
Lanc List - 16:58.4 5k on 9/6/19 as a 25 year old, I would be really low without that result seeing how I haven't broken 18 min apart from it
As for me, some stomach woes again this week for me, inflammation, ordered a H Pylori blood test kit, will see the results from that then head to the gastroenterologist to finally get myself checked out (once I get health insurance that is, I just turned 26 so am switching from parents to wifes)
Pretty heavily leaning toward Deferring Philly Marathon and just laying a base for spring. Will still get in that DE XC race, turkey race and Club Nats.
Best of luck those running Chicago (and others racing), I'll be heading to Scranton this weekend to spectate Steamtown marathon, then maybe to Poor Richards Pub after

Hey RS, missed you this week at the track, but makes sense reading your update re: H Pylori. My wife had a nice bout with that years ago. Got some kind of regimen of drugs that knocked it out. She still takes a probiotic every day to keep things on the up and up. I got your update for the list, will make the change. DE will be fun, anyone out there, it's the Saturday after T-giving, if you're in the NE, it's a fun race. Course is brutal, but it's a runners race, low entry fee, great random drawing at the end with top notch gear. Wouldn't blame you for deferring Philly, it has been, well, a less than ideal build. Maybe you deserve a break from the stress of a marathon build, might do wonders for your stomach as well (stress eats away at mine).
Send the best to the Mrs for Steamtown, I'll be watching the results roll in, she's a stud, she'll kill it.
