I hope their peaceful religion can bring them some comfort:

Thoughts:

01. Article says how she is still sometimes nervous about discussing her religion publicly...and then the very next paragraph is a quote she apparently gave to the Telegraph, of the UK's largest publications, in which she is talking about her religion. Hmm...doesnt seem too hung up on it to me. And make up your mind, Tania. Was he persecuted for being black in line? Should I feel guilty because I happen to be white like some racist, classist inner city Londoners you grew up around were or should I feel guilty because I dislike your religion and find your missionary-ism apalling ?

02. Why are we hearing about Mo Farah's mistreatment from his wife? Why aren't we hearing about his treatment from him? I didnt need to know anything about this woman, but curiosity got better of me so I googled "Tania Farah" in Google News...articles about her in The Mirror, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail...some of biggest circulating publications in UK...all within the last week...and she's talking about very personal, very intimate stuff. If that airline attendant humiliated Farah, I can only imagine how this emasculating, attention-seeker affects him.

The double gold medalist was returning from the Rio Olympics on 22 August with his family when a flight attendant “yelled at him like he was a piece of shit” on the final leg of their journey from Atlanta to their Portland home.

Tania added: “He was the only black person [in the queue] and hadn’t done anything to warrant it.

“I just knew she had a problem with him.”

Other reports however claim the couple and their four daughters were late for boarding and were simply told to wait until economy-class passengers had taken their seats.

A great example of what happens when you haven't been told 'No' in a long time and start to truly believe you are better than others because of your status/who you are married to.
