I don't understand why Kwemoi and Kiprop did not get to the front early. Sitting back and giving space to makh, Centro and Willis does not make sense.That said, I was excited for Centro and Willis. I could not believe Centro held off Makh.

As for MD, it does seem like the GB magic has disappeared from the 80s. We are definitely deeper in 800/1500 at the moment.

Great run by Centro! That was a difficult race to win, it looks like he took some notes from Mo from holding the position through the last lap. There were quite a few times I thought he'd be overtaken, but held strong. It's hard to pass a 50.xx last lap from the back.

If he's half black so am I

I rewatched the race. I saw a crucial moment that I'm kind of surprised nobody is talking about. Around 450-500M to go Soulieman briefly passes Centro and it looked like he had the inside rail to take for himself. But Centro is able to surge by him on the inside to reclaim the lead just before the final lap. If Soulieman claimed the inside it could have totally changed the result. Its likely that Centro only gets bronze or Silver having to work his way to the outside to find a lane.

I am surprised no one called foul when he elbowed to take the lead. Maybe he should run for President. ...i'd vote for him.

Another key moment is when both Makh and Kiprop tried to move up in the beginning of the last lap and totally wasted their energy and momentum fighting each other off, while centro ran smooth and clean right on the rail.

Farah is coached by Salazar. Salazar even said he monitored workouts leading up to 2-mile indoor record.

Those Coloradoans live at altitude, dummy. And the rest is speculation. And if they're doing it, so are other athletes. Do you have any good points?
