For a first effort, during vacation time. Not a bad local crowd, if you consider that The Euge has hosted the NCAA's and the OT's this year.
Politely List your sincere suggestions for future improvements here. Someone will forward them to the Eugene folks.
They should not have this meet in Eugene, NY, Philly, etc.
They should have it in large cities that don't have a lot going on. Winston Salem, Boise, something like that.
Eugene has track fatigue. If you live in eugen, are you supposedd to go to this meet, NCAAs, the Trials and Pre?
"And it's Mackey (awkward pause) who can't close." Bot not Grace getting the victory call. not at all.
Worst announcing ever.
How does the team scoring work? Do we know how many points for 1st 2nd third, etc?
Or are they just making it up?
Seriously, it's a good gesture but is anyone watching this meet thinking, "I hope portland wins." no one even knows who is on portland in the upcoming events.
Or how the scores work.
American track league is better and first.

You must think track is really boring, rojo. So boring that you can't imagine anyone wanting to go to a whopping 4 meets in a year. Craziness!
1st, and hopefully last Track Town Summer Series.

+1
But, but, how can you ignore HISTORIC heyward field?!?! Don't you know that if the meet doesnt take place in eugene it doesnt matter?
Yeah they blew that call but this is still 10x better than any NBC telecast with Hammond, Ato, Lewis, etc.

Mmmm....Jordan Kent clearly has a really nice tan. He is nowhere close to black or even brown. It's almost a really nice caramel color.
Just read his wikipedia. Now i remember him. He's a beast of an athlete.
His dad is black and he was born in Saudi Arabia. This is his dad.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernie_KentWhat the hell is Robby Andrews doing?
Going out in last. This isn't the DL Robby. The field is a bunch of white guys. Get up front and run for a PB. My goodness. They are single field like it's a DL.
I hope he wins it but was hoping for him to be more aggressive.

Well, many people struggle to afford a ticket for one event, let alone four, so Rojo has a point.
Andrews started out way too slow.

Worth staying up for that Men's 1500! Great race!
Colby Alexander was in the Olympics instead of Blankendip
Not a fan of detracting from the team aspect by having unattached runners also in the mix.
