You COULD have written that "in your opinion" or that "in the opinion of many legal experts" trump's ban was unconstitutional, but you didn't write that, and so I simply pointed out that QUITE A FEW EXPERTS disagree with your statement. And they do. Some of the biggest names in constitutional law, including some conservative experts.
Next time do your homework before spouting off about something that lots of people smarter than you think you are wrong about. Eh, I don't think it is any big deal if Hillary is elected. I think she would be a cross between her husband and Obama as President and despite what the GOP says, the country did just fine in those 16 years.
If Trump is elected though, I thoroughly believe it would be an epic disaster. I don't think he has any interest in the actual nuts and bolts job of the presidency and would be a terrible leader of the country in terms of interacting with the rest of the world. Impossible to predict exactly how a Trump term would go down except that it would be bad.

Yeah...if you're fine with business as usual. A fresh set of eyes would be great. Some people benefit greatly from business as usual DC politics, but judging by the big populist uprising supporting Trump, many, noticeably do not. Americans are fed up with a government that represents big businesses and banks and not them.

You're making the mistake of assuming that the most educated and the least educated are large amounts of votes. They are not. Most of the country is in the "highschool" and "some college" groups. Hilary is far from having it "in the bag".

Why fight Trump on these types of issues? Trump would lose to a Jr. High School debate team on any of these issues: banning Muslims; his commitment, patriotism or sacrifice over the course of his life; his understanding of the Constitution; etc. The guy talks about defense matters like a child.
The main issue here is that Trump is a fraud, a liar, seems to have some form of adult ADD and might as well be illiterate, but his supporters don't seem to care. Hillary Clinton is ethically challenged in other ways, and her main supporters don't seem to care either.
Trump's plan is clearly to continue to claim that "America is a hell hole" and if elected, will make claims equally forceful, that he has improved America in unbelievable and incredible ways with no real proof. This is what most politicians do to a certain degree, but most are far more credible than Trump.
How to choose from these entitled, daddy-damaged, pear-shaped windbags in November? It is shocking, but I am voting for Clinton. By a wide margin she is smarter and more focused, she understands complexity, and is far less likely to destroy American institutions and our reputation abroad. It is actually helpful when you are President to be able to answer a question coherently, or to maybe consult with others and think about how to respond, or to sometimes not respond to stupid stuff.
First of all, Khan didn't devastate anyone. All the rejects who were already voting for Hillaroid are still gonna vote for Hilaroid. All those who were voting for Trump probably didn't even watch the speech. Nothing changed, therefore no one was devastated. The RNC had higher ratings by nearly 3million viewers than the DNC.
But whatever!! It's a nothing Burger
