This is really sad.
If you kill someone operating a car in a negligent way you should lose your drivers license for life. End of story.
This wasn't a tragic accident. This was someone who didn't understand the responsibility of driving a car killing someone.
Pains me to see people get away with this.

She didn't get away with it. She's going to jail. A longer sentence won't bring Bean back.
