This one is easier to say than to write, but:
I find it grating when people pronounce the "live" (in "short-lived") to rhyme with "give." It's referring to a short life, so it takes the same vowel sound and should rhyme with "hive."
I also find it grating when people say "jive" (for things' aligning or agreeing), rather than the correct "jibe."
I really hate it when a woman mispronounces "yes, I'd love to have sex with you" as the single word "police!"
"Technical" when pronounced as though it were spelled "tetnical."
Basically. It's so overused by the kids here in the UK, as they think it makes them sound intelligent. And the irony is, whatever follows is almost always complicated.

The word 'ask' when used as a noun. I work in a large corporation and this has been the latest corporate jargon trend word.
Examples
'I will take that ask and follow up after the meeting.'
'In response to the ask that was brought up earlier...'
