Taking another look at the website both White and Sanders are gone and Farwell is the official head now.

Sanders was in the paper the other day in the TRANSACTIONS section having taken the assistant job at Colgate. Solid move as there will me more opportunity to get a more well rounded amount of experience. Plus- better pay and benefits.
Not sure what has happened with Coach White, but I am pretty sure he will land on his feet. He is one of the best coaches I have ever been able to work with and he has TONS of contacts in the track and field world. Question would be.....does he still want to do it?
can you say wisc lacrosse?
You can add IUP on to that list as well... gone

Coach White is a truly superior coach. He and I had our differences, in fact, I wouldn't even say we got along, but I still recognize what a great coach he is. I can't imagine that Sheehy and the administration would be so stupid as to let him go. He is one of the most dedicated, intense, knowledgeable coaches in the sport, which is saying quite a lot for a division III coach.

If you and he had differneces, and you wish to be heard from a position on authority, what should we think about the coach?
And if he is what you say he is, why didn't you button down and pay attention to what he told you to do?

I can't believe it took three years for someone to ask this!
More like, I can't believe you brought this up after 3 years. Just sayin.
So looks like he has landed at Ursuline. I am confused how he keeps getting jobs. Granted, he knows how to coach... but there is an ugly track record that seems to follow him

My guess is a certain protege of his will end up there soon..
No longer at Ursuline. He "resigned" (hmmm). Notre Dame in Cleveland now. I've witnessed his coaching firsthand. Not impressed. Actually sorely disappointed. Too much to get in to. The protege was/is there, and was in a boot this winter. Interesting. I'm responding to this old thread in hopes that any "prospects" might do a search on him and come to the conclusion they should steer clear. Sometimes "great coaches" are not that at all. They stumble upon an already great program, land a few naturally talented athletes, and fool everyone and themselves into thinking they're great.
