No, none of these - Mr D is a droll fella indeed and, after extensive therapy and counselling, I am fairly well reconciled to his PBs being infinitely superior to one's own, and his being much taller.

Anybody know where I can find any photo's of the Northern 6 stage, particularly 5th leg?
Thanks
ok then so its now less than two weeks till the relays - whats everyones predictions?
im sticking with morpeth and chester le street. ive been watching these lot belt out the sessions and they are FLYING!!!
I can't see how anyone can see past NEB - Mo, Geele, Warmby, East, Hepples, Mitchy.
Belgrave also likely to be strong if they can get a team out - hear they have some injuries/illness and haven't seen much of their top men.
Morpeth may grab a medal if they can get Nick and both Hudspiths out.
Got to agree with all those sayong NEB, there seems little doubt that they will take the title. As for the medals, I hope Morpeth can bring a medal up North but who knows? It's all on the day...
A full strength AFD team of C. Thompson, Vernon, Moreau, Ashton, Bolt, Robinson would be well up there too. NEB have to be the faves, but after that it's wide open, and probably will take someone like McCormick, Thompson etc to make a difference. Even if NEB have a weak link they will be right back in the mix, but at the moment that looks very unlikely - that would mean Mo not running basically.
Belgrave lack the one man who can make a difference, but are very solid.
Isn't Mo on an end of season break before heading off warm weather training?
what about individuals for the top 10 spots?
any predictions?
how are teams actually shaping up as opposed to playing fantasy 6 stage ? is wicks healthy for belgrave, is farah running or resting and ditto mccormick for morpeth ? any notts or leeds boys out there ?
realism you want the truth, you cant handle the truth!!!
The mens looks like a one horse race. The real battle will be in the womens event, this could be between the likes of:
Chester le Street
Charnwood
Aldershot
Winchester
Thames Hare and Hounds
I am putting my money on Aldershot, after their upset at the Southerns i think they could do something similar at the Nationals with a young side. Will be very interesting...
Wicks wasn't fit to do Surrey League last Saturday so probably won't make the 6 stage. Dave Anderson will probably run though cos he started this race but pulled out with a cold.
Wicks has been injured for some time so not likely to be running as he hasn't raced for a couple of months. Blackledge has also been injured so not sure if he will run. Last time I saw Anderson he wasn't running and looked like he was pretty much calling it a day.
AFD will get Thommo out and he looks to be getting back in some good form. Teams with 1 superstar will not win it. You need 4 very good runners and 2 internationals. Only NEB seem to have this right now.
Surely if Dave anderson pulled out that suggests he is less likely to run? I haven't seen much of him and heard he wasn't training anymore. Could it be that he was supposed to show that he was fit at Surrey league and failed?
Where are the top runners in London training these days. Most of NEB's runners seem to be imports from the Midlands and the North. Are there any decent runners left actually training in London? Which are the best London coaches now?
That was the plan for him to prove his fitness and he failed big time. Tho eating a pizza 30mins before the start and being attacked by a doberman did not help.
Colds don't normally last over 2 weeks though do they, so I'd imagine he'll be ok. He ran a decent time & fastest leg at the surrey road relays a month ago which suggests he's fit enough.
I would like to disassociate myself from the comments of one “Steve Sharp”. In line with the great Belgrave tradition (in every other club’s eyes) I neither know who this man is nor would I recognise him if I walked past him on the street. In any event, it was a hot dog, not a pizza and the Doberman was in fact one of Steve’s old girlfriends. He is punching way above his weight with Maria and it is only a matter of time before she goes out and finds someone better!
I would like to disassociate myself from the comments of "Pull out?". It would appear that he wants to be me and also is jealous of Steve Sharp! So who are you - does such a person actually exist? I mean, I can understand wanting to be me, but being jealous of Steve Sharp can't possibly be right!
ill be the guy outside the belgrave tent with 12 nat relay golds around my neck. also Wardy will be carrying my racing flats if you would like to touch them!!!!!
