Question: How is it possible for third parties to alter, falsify and change Wiki pages/ entries? Doesn't make sense. It's like someone hacking your emails. Am I missing something ?
Can you imagine being the alternate who has had the pure dedication to travel overseas for a potentially once in a lifetime opportunity and it looks like you're about to actually get it but the athlete you're replacing goes off the radar, doesn't respond to any communication and so time runs out and you don't get the call up. Then like 30 seconds after the deadline the athlete posts a 'poor me' post on Instagram and replies immediately to all the comments. The alternate must be absolutely raging...
Yep, especially as there's no money in ultra running except for the very top elites, in other words the people representing the United States of America had to fund their own travel to France and pay all costs before arriving at the race site. I'm not sure if they had free accommodation but I suspect they also had to pay for that. It's an amateur sport. The two alternates, if they traveled to France in the hope of competing and were then denied from competition because of Camille's actions would be rightfully miffed to have spent all that money for nothing.

Everybody can edit Wiki pages if you follow the rules and Camille didn't follow the rules and got caught up in a edit battle with professional wiki people. She thought it were some haters but that was not the case at all. Just some wiki people following the editing rules.
Camille on the other hand thought that wikipedia is a forum where you can make up stuff about yourself. Canadian running magazine just reported about it and Lululemon pulled their expensive engagement with the queen of Narcissism.
I'll be honest I respect these people (ultra distance runners), but I don't think it's healthy for the body to be running for 24 hours or to train like an ultra runner, long term. I don't think there's any correlation between running ultras and good health and longevity and in addition there's no transfer to other sports either. I think training for triathlons is much healthier because your body gets to work all the systems and even though the training days are long (in triathlon training) a lot of the training is done at less than top intensity. Triathletes also develop much better physiques not only on a physical and health level but also aesthetically.

No competitive sport is healthy and nobody ever said that.

I do Muay Thai as a second sport aside from running - great way to get in some HIIT cross training, work the entire body, and fun as hell. Great crowd also.
Our gym once had two self-proclaimed ultrarunners come in and try a class, and I was partnered up with one. The guy had zero power, zero explosiveness, no upper body size or strength, and was absolutely gassed with 10 minutes. Turns out that 'running' endless 11-12 minute miles does jack sh*t for useful athleticism.
The guys that have done the best, on the other hand, are swimmers, football players, and even shorter distances runners - someone that can rip a super fast 5k is going to do way better than someone specializing in 100 milers.
And like clockwork, Camille is threatening to sue the yaboyscottjurek Instagram account. I also note that she didn't have a disability until she was caught editing the Wikipedia pages of her competitors and herself to make them look worse and her look better. I agree with those of think she's using the alleged disability as a smokescreen for lameness.
To be fair the "yaboyscottjurek" Instagram account should be sued.
I remember whoever is in charge of that account (a spineless, faceless coward/POS no doubt) made a dig at me right after my pulmonary embolism and when my home burned down in a fire and I lost everything.

Obviously a very insecure person.
