If he did say that, well guess what, the Wiley fans has lost the benefit of the doubt by repeatedly abusing the automatic deletion system that exists on letsrun. When I wake up and see scores of posts deleted, it pisses me off and makes me vow to let more posts stand than might normally exist.
how does the automatic deletion system work? I’ve been under the assumption that deletion was solely handled by the mods.
You want to know how, so you can abuse it?
Rojo knows full-well that the upvote/downvote thing can be manipulated fairly easily. Yet, he still keeps it on the site in complete disregard of that fact.

Maybe. But if it requires clearing cookies or something, then I really can’t be arsed to do that.
Reading is fundamental. That decision solely held that no responsible person at the university was aware of the Title VII violations. The decision never said the allegations never happened and did not go into detail about them, holding that just that based on the pleadings the claim against the university could not be maintained. Given the things NJ already admitted to was jailed for, and what police investigations revealed, spare us the fake indignation.
If it was just based on the university not being aware then why wasn’t the lawsuit refiled strictly against the Johnson’s? Oh yeah because it was a sham. Common sense is important
Wiley made it clear in the post on his instagram that police malpractice/manipulation/force was involved in prior cases against Nick Johnson. And anyone close to Huntington County knows that’s more than true. Looks like the police department got called out for their sh*t and continues to double down. Just like you Astro 😘

No. Because nobody knew that the auto delete function was a thing until Robert told everyone it was. It’s called good moderation and Rojo wouldn’t know
Imagine being butt hurt over a like function. If you “know” they are manipulated then it shouldn’t bother you. You are just scared of the truth, that it’s not manipulated and us Wiley fans are tired of Rojo poorly running this site, and the 3 anti Wiley spammers always ruining threads.
It is entirely to be expected that when a controversial thread is posted about an American runner there will be cries of outrage at some of the comments. Most are unable to see this is not a fan site but a public discussion forum. It is inevitable that there will be differing views but that is very hard for some to accept.

Does that do anything? The voting system always seemed pretty pointless and ineffectual to me. I've never seen the up/downvotes have any effect on what shows up in what order on this forum. At least with reddit it clerly moves content up or down, front or back, depending on the voting. Here it always has just seemed like mere FYI.

Difference in opinion is fine. Stating your position 20 different times on the same thread, plus stating your opinion as fact, is ridiculous. Along with creating 100 new usernames to do it is pathetic. No one is arguing against difference of opinions, they are arguing against as*holes.

Yeah, I’ve always thought it was a a footnote for people’s approval. I don’t like the Reddit system, btw. Moving the posts out of chronological order drives me nuts.
Title VII claims target employers. Don't know what happened to the surviving state claims. Assuming the remaining claims were not brought in state court, that is likely a matter of assets. Pointless to get a judgment you can never collect.
I do enjoy the conspiracy theories. Yet NJ indisputably did have an improper tryst with minor, did impersonate an Oregon coach, etc.

Thanks for confirming what I said - and I have only one user name, unlike many fans who comment.

Yes but the poster also noted *stating you opinion 20 times on the same thread* aka exactly what you do. Make one post on a thread and leave, we’d all be happier

Just like political exit polls, the upvote/downvote thing can be used to manipulate and shape perspective.

If the voting can be manipulated over there, then besides being used to shape opinion, it could be used to quiet dissent (opposing views) by getting them hidden.

You have been told countless times. It's not that you state your often stupid opinions. It's that you flood entire threads with the same crap.
You obviously are not intelligent enough to understand the difference.

The lawsuit was more than title VII claims though and targeted the Johnson’s individually. Which nothing came of because it was a sham lawsuit for money grabs. If it truly was what these money grabbers said it was, they would care enough to have gone to state court. Yet they didn’t. As far as NJ’s first case, if all of that truly happened how did he get off so easy? Seems like we don’t have the full story and the Huntington police made this a way bigger deal than it really was trying to create their dream hero complex cop situation. Let’s not forget the prosecutor VICTIM BLAMED THE VICTIM in the news for not being able to bring more charges. Sounds like a little man who didn’t have a real case but brought one anyways.
Something about a main witness refusing to cooperate. Anyway the only federal claim was against HU. Once that was gone the value of the case went with it.
