People often say this about second-placers. I'm sure it's true, but sometimes I wonder if the SMLs of the world may elevate the Bols of the world to achieve more than they would have otherwise. Would Kerr be where he is without Jakob? I doubt it.

Hocker’s kick is too good if he’s at all in striking distance. Still think Jakob and Kerr are out-of-sight.

if you're in the UK, BBC iPlayer probably has a better feed than what you're getting on TV. It might be too late now, everyone's going to show the 1500m.
