actually no. read their training logs. they do similar stuff that amercians in the 80s did. not this newwave, save your mileage stuff.
Anyone use Hanson's for a recent marathon? How did you do in comparison with more "traditional" programs? If someone were limited to 60 miles a week due to family and work, would this be one of the better options out there?
