Ventura is more front-heavy and NP has more depth but doesn’t have anyone as good as FastHorse.

There is a Newbury Park transfer who ran for a VA school for the first 3 years, never broke 17 back then, but at Clovis he ran a 16:00.

I think only Herrerra their transfer (and Doshi if you count DNP'ing) underperformed. Everyone else pr'd and has improved on the year so far. It's not like the coach has ruined some stud sub 15 5K'ers, he inherited a team of guys maybe in sub 16:30 shape with 1-2 NXN capable fast sticks.
You could argue they could be even better with a different coach, but so far they are at least improving from an outside perspective.

When he was a youth coach the amount of complaints was insane. That’s why all the faster kids ran for different clubs. He should not be working with kids because of his personality and should not coach anyone because of his lack of Knowledge

The dude can’t coach and has caused problems within. I have heard about a number of NP athletes wanting private coaching. It’s completely comical watching this guy think his sh@t don’t stink. When in reality his smells the worst.
