Runworks calc, dunno how accurate, suggests a 31 min 10k in 68 degrees is the same as 30:40 in 60 degree weather. Seems like a lot.

Allen looked so stiff and out of sorts. In the past he has always looked so fluid and easy in the rounds, and does well to make big finals. If this is his current form, he will not make finals. D Roberts cannot seem to get out of his own way. Definitely a bummer
