the only real fact i can manufacture here is: he's an official member of the u.s. olympic team, and has the literal credentials and all the swag in the world to prove it. if that doesn't meet some random message board's definition of "olympian," i think nuguse'll get over it...

Isn't the very definition of an olympian someone who participated in the Olympics? Or is that not the definition?
