In Moderna's 700 page disclosure they copied the same irrelevant study with slight changes to appendices. This filled 400 pages. This study, which they based their approval on, was an irrelevant study of a completely different product - not SpikeVax - and that product itself, never got approval.
Even if this other study had been approved, it was not the same drug. Its like saying, based on this study showing a truck full of apples is safe, we can conclude that this truck full of explosives is also safe.
Moderna also submitted three versions of a single module (product). You can't change the product mid-study without bridging studies to prove that the different products will produce the same result. No such studies were done. And, for one of the modules they only provided summary data, no actual trial data.
Investigational New Drug (IND) application meetings are supposed to occur with the FDA when the company initiates human clinical trials. Moderna and the FDA had a pre-IND meeting on Feb. 19, 2020, and the IND application was formally opened the next day. The global pandemic was declared on March 11, 2020. I guess they could predict the future.
Their studies tried to confirm the vaccine's delivery mechanism but they seem to have missed studying the payload, in this case the spike protein.

It shows something very meaningful: that is, that they couldn't allow the continued existence of a healthy un-vaxxed group vs. the sickening injection victims.
