Communism is a form of socialism.
Sweden and France are both capitalist countries.

You may not be aware of it, but certain documents relating to nuclear matters cannot be declassified by the President. Presumably that is why the DOJ specifically mentioned searching for such documents and why the President is claiming he didn't take those documents.
As for the other docs, Trump would have had to declassify them before Biden was sworn in, and even if he did Biden could have classified them any time after he took the oath. If they were re-classified, Trump presumably still could not be prosecuted unless he was so advised and still refused to hand them over. But, again, Trump had no power with respect to any nuclear-related docs.
