Cases, deaths, and death/infection all exploded AFTER 80% vaccination. By exploded I mean increased by 3,800% in the case of deaths/month.
The island was extremely isolated with strict lockdown, social distancing, and mask laws throughout.

Labeling me is a great way to try to dismiss the information posted, but it only confirms what I observe: It's clear this thread is not about vaccines or science; it's about individuals wanting to be right. And as no one here is actually interested about the science, probably no one here will read the book (which kinda proves the point).
I don't even understand why this thread is 550 pages long, as no one is ready to look into any of the posted information objectively. If it doesn't fit within the perspective of the poster, it is dismissed directly.
Maybe you just don't want to know the truth, because it might cause cognitive dissonance, which is understandable if you are already vaxxed as there is no way back.
Anyway, if you don't read the book, that's ok. If you read the book (which you can find in pdf via google) and afterwards you still think vaccines (and the science behind it) are sound, that's ok. If you change your mind after reading the book, that's ok too.
By the way: claiming that there's no harm done because you don't have to jump over dead bodies in the street is not really a sound argument.

I notice a lot of people of a certain type of health profile/age/demographic etc self select to go get vaccinated with additional boosters AND go out and test themselves much more often…whereas unvaccinated bumpkins stay silent and maybe suffer paranoia and can’t afford the fees for a test kit.

Utterly uninformed and disgraceful. Even before we had ubiquitous vaccines available, how many people were being turned away with Covid and told to seek out emergency care ONLY once their sat levels started falling precipitously after the viral replication phase had run its course and the pro-inflammatory, respiratory distress and clotting stages were underway? Only to be ventilated in a “closed system” to “mitigate” spread.
Meanwhile, we had brave doctors like Dr. Chetty in South Africa, a rural doctor who hardly had access to these big hospitals. A doctor who saved thousands of lives. And a protocol that worked and could’ve easily been administered among those who couldn’t or wouldn’t receive the vaccines. Because he read the literature and was a caring doctor who knew what would work. So much death and hospitalization could’ve been prevented. Just disgraceful. Chetty was just another brave face among many.
