Yes there is....it's called DISCRIMINATION. If schools put in their job posting they are looking for a certain gender and/or race for their job they would get hit with dozens of lawsuits. Instead, they play this weird game where they 100% plan on hiring a certain race/gender but they try not to say it.
Look at this example where a guy successfully sued for gender discrimination.
