They have been there every step of the way and I'd be really surprised if they aren't there. I'll give you a hint, when you want a lead story that brings a ton of clicks you don't give away the lead.

Every time that magazine publishes something about Mike wife-beater Rossi, it's their top article for days. He is the guy Philly loves to hate.
Mike Rossi - why not take this time while at rock bottom and just admit you cheated and lied about it. Wouldn't that just be a lot easier in the long run to pu this behind you? A public statement admitting what you did would end this, as long as you don't try to renege on it later. It won't be as bad as you think, especially since everyone already knows you cheated and lied about it. You move on knowing that in the end, you did the right thing not only for you, but everyone around you. One thing is for sure, people in your situation who admit their mistakes and apologize, end up in better positions that they were before the did what got them into the mess they have to admit to.

This isn't rock bottom, not even close. He only said it was but he doesn't believe it. Trust me there's a long road to travel until he hits his true rock bottom.

Thank you for admitting to identity theft and libel. I am sure Cecily would be interested in seeing. Good luck. One thing Mr. Rossi never did over the course of the last 2.5 years was dispute the authenticity of his Twitter or Facebook posts. For someone as vocal and confrontational as he is, one would have expected him to point out each time that one was posted that it was fake.
What he did do though was delete many of the tweets and FB posts once they showed up here. For example, the one in which he called the principal a b!tch.

Let's break it down for you
You cheated, the story broke and she like many other people gave an opinion.
At this point you could have put a stop to it all by admitting what you did and by now this would have been a distant memory.
Instead you lashed out at her (remember you cheated so were in no position to do so) and she obviously isn't the kind of person to get intimidated easily. You have kept gnawing at it so she has kept giving it right back.
What you never, ever seem to learn is that you can make this all stop, that is part of the morbid fascination people have - how long can someone keep punching themselves in the face and blaming everyone else for it?
The Rossi story is far from over. And he hasn't come close to rock bottom. This is not the end for Mike. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning for that wife beater.
