Yes, the easy pace is crucial for this concept referred herein (Q,E,Q,E,Q,L,E or Q,E,Q,E,Q,L,R)
However, to the displeasure of the readers here, i like to mention that this concept might not work for:
a) older athletes
b) athletes whith a high content of fast twitch fibers (Sirpoc is a severe slow twitcher)
The reason is, in both cases they need longer to recover and 48h to recover from Q to Q, might not be enough. So care must be taken to not overreach.
